If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Impersonate other users, staff members, or organizations
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Spam, advertise, or promote external services without permission

UK Online Safety Act Compliance: We actively moderate content to ensure a safe environment. Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities.

License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant FFS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

Content Standards: All User Content must comply with UK laws, including but not limited to the Communications Act 2003, Malicious Communications Act 1988, and Online Safety Act 2023.

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Friendly Fire Squad or its licensors.

Third-Party Rights: Call of Duty, Warzone, and related trademarks are property of Activision. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision or any game publishers.

Copyright Protection: All content is protected under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international copyright laws.

UK GDPR Compliance: We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Voluntary Donations: All payments to FFS are voluntary donations to support our community and services. Donations are processed securely through PayPal.

Tournament Entry Fees: Some tournaments may require entry fees. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins, except in cases of tournament cancellation by FFS.

Refund Policy:

• Donations are generally non-refundable
• Tournament fees refunded only if event is cancelled by FFS
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days
• Refunds processed within 14-30 business days

UK Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Tournament Rules: All participants must comply with specific tournament rules, which will be provided before each event. Rules may vary by tournament format and game mode.

Eligibility: Tournament eligibility may be restricted by age, region, or skill level. Participants must meet all requirements to compete.

Prizes: Prize distribution is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with tournament rules. Prizes may be subject to UK tax laws.

Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify participants for:

• Cheating or using unauthorized software
• Violating tournament rules or Terms of Service
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Providing false information

UK Gambling Act Compliance: Our tournaments are skill-based competitions and do not constitute gambling under UK law. No purchase is necessary to participate in free tournaments.

Service "As Is": Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Liability For:

• Service interruptions, errors, or downtime
• Loss of data or content
• Actions of other users
• Third-party services (Discord, game servers, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: To the extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or our Services

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, but some information may be retained as required by UK law.

Survival: Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
